About HomeLinenNotes

What This Site Covers
HomeLinenNotes is an independent archive of notes on natural fiber textiles for the Canadian home. The focus is on linen, hemp, and organic cotton used in bedding and upholstery — how these fabrics are measured, what certifications mean, how care affects them over time, and where Canadian buyers can source them from domestic mills or certified importers.
The content here is written as reference material, not as a shopping guide. No product is ranked, no affiliate relationship exists with any retailer mentioned, and no manufacturer has paid for placement.
What Is Not Covered
Synthetic fiber blends, fast-fashion bedding, and decorative textiles without a practical home use are outside the scope of this archive. The same applies to topics outside the natural fiber category — furniture, paint, flooring, and other interior categories are not covered here.
